COST

Our flat rate pricing lets you know in advance the price you will be paying for registration services. This pricing structure includes all personnel, hotel, travel, paper with colour event logo, eleven colours of badge holders, listings, custom end-of event reports, pre-registration and on site supervison, computer equipment ,PostScript laser printers, cabling, assembly and dismantling of equipment, and a confidentiality clause.
RETURN ATTENDANCE

Monitoring participants' time of entry to the show, then capturing their time of exit, you now have information such as total time on the show floor, average time spent in the exhibition, the number of visits by each participant, etc. The same principles hold true for conference attendance, luncheons, dinners or any other activity during your event.
